Set in PACAI Hotel in the heart of Vilnius’ Old Town, 14 HORSES brasserie serves breakfast, lunch and dinner for locals and visiting guests. The 14 HORSES name provides a glimpse into a nostalgic and colourful past as the building of the present day brasserie once housed the Pacai family’s stables.
